By purchasing your share you indicate that you have read through our CSA information pages and understand and agree to the conditions of our Community Supported Agriculture program. This understanding is that farming and crop production has some risks associated with it, primarily from the weather, but can include disease and insect problems. By participating in the CSA program you share some of this risk with Russo’s Roots LLC. You understand that your membership entitles you to a share of vegetables that Russo’s Roots will provide to the best of our ability. You are responsible for picking up your share at your designated pickup site on the designated day of the week and during the appropriate pickup times. You understand that your share may be donated to an area food pantry if it is not picked up, or if PRIOR arrangements are not made. Prior arrangements must be made by Monday night of the week of pickup. All payments for this CSA membership are non-refundable and non-transferable. If someone else is picking up your share for you, it is your responsibility to inform them of the CSA procedures and make sure they know what to do, and what to pickup. You agree to read the CSA newsletter for important information every week.
